Great American is looking for a Full Stack Senior .Net Developer to assist with new development of our distribution platform, this is a high volume agent facing platform. The ideal candidate will work with a highly collaborative team for a reputable and established company. We are open to remote opportunities for experienced developers in Eastern time zones.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, business stakeholders, and corporate technical resources
• Ability to work on your own and with the team.
• Investigating new technologies that meet corporate standards to enhance the team and the product
• Develop and implement web applications and web services using Microsoft stack
• Develop software and features from the presentation layer to the data layer (full stack developer)
• Managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment
• Develop software that will integrate with existing corporate software and third-party services
• Provide support to our business users on deployed software
• Assist in developing and maintaining a build/test/release platform
• Follow established corporate best practices and security guidelines in developing and deploying software
• Exercise mature judgement, and strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Agile development with sprints lasting 2-3 weeks
• Consults with users or other IT Professionals to resolve issues with programs. Contributes to the development of project plans and timelines, provide estimates for planned work.
• May have responsibility for performance and coaching of staff and may have a participatory role in decisions regarding talent selection, development, and performance management for direct reports.

Salary Range:
$89,800.00 -$130,000.00

The wage range for this job is based on role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skills, education, training, licensure and certifications, experience of the candidate, the role's scope, complexity, and other business and organizational needs.
